What is a par-cooked tortilla? Our tortillas are pressed on tortilla presses which heat and spread the dough at 300 degrees. The result is a tortilla which finishes on your stove top in 10 to 15 seconds on each side to give you a home-made taste and feel. Many of our customers and restaurants serve the product as is without cooking it on the stove top. You can let the product warm to room temperature and put your favorite ingredients inside as is. The product is not raw as it is pressed at 300 degrees.
